BEANLemon's Red Rice
  1. Bring water to boil

  2. Add oil

  3. Add garlic powder , bullion and salt , combine well.

  4. Add rice

  5. Lower temp to simmer set timer for 20 minutes.

  6. After 5 minutes stir rice and cover . Continue letting simmer for remaining 15 minutes.

  7. Plate rice and squeeze fresh lime juice on top to taste ( optional )
