• Pasta (enough for 1 serving)
• Water (for boiling)
• A bit of oil
• Ground beef (about ¼–⅓ lb for one serving)
• A large pinch of curry powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 large teaspoon onion powder
• 1 large teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
• A large pinch of salt
• ½ red onion, chopped
• 2 generous slices of butter
• Extra paprika (for butter sauce)
• 1 garlic clove (or 2 for multiple servings)
• 2–3 spoons of Greek yogurt
• 1 spoon of tomato purée
• Fresh cilantro (washed)
• Fresh parsley (washed)

Boil a pot of water, then add pasta.
Cook pasta for 11 minutes.
In a pan, heat a bit of oil and add ground beef.
Add a large pinch of curry powder.
Break up the beef, and when some parts start turning brown, add seasonings:
- Add black pepper, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
Add chopped red onion and continue cooking until beef is fully cooked.
In a bowl, add butter slices and a sprinkle of paprika. Microwave to melt into a butter sauce.
Peel 1 garlic clove (or 2 for multiple servings) and crush it.
In a separate plate, mix the crushed garlic into the Greek yogurt.
To plate:
Steps
- Place cooked pasta on a plate.
- Spoon Greek yogurt on top.
- Add the cooked meat.
- Drizzle the butter sauce.
- Add 1 spoon of tomato purée on top of the meat.
- Finish by topping with torn pieces of fresh cilantro and parsley.
