Healthy High Fibre Jelly
  1. Spoon the psyllium husk into a jar

  2. Top with cranberry juice and syrup

  3. Stir well

  4. Leave for 5 minutes

  5. Stir again

  6. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to transform into jelly

  7. Add more syrup if you prefer it sweeter

  8. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days
