Basic Flatbread: Mix flour and salt. Add oil and water to form soft dough. Knead 5 minutes. Divide into balls and roll thin. Cook on hot pan 1–2 minutes per side.
Pita Bread: Activate yeast with warm water and sugar. Mix with flour, salt, and oil. Knead 8–10 minutes. Let rise 1 hour. Roll and bake at 250°C (480°F) until puffed.
Garlic Naan: Mix all ingredients into soft dough. Rest 1 hour. Roll into oval shape. Cook on hot pan or tandoor. Brush with garlic butter.
