Homemade Granola
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together, then take off the heat and add the vanilla.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  4. Spread the granola on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 300°F, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

  6. Store in an airtight container.
