Lattice Crust Fruit Pie
  1. Roll the dough very thin for a lattice crust

  2. Cut the dough into 3-inch wide strips

  3. Cut a line down the center of each strip, leaving the ends intact

  4. Weave the strips into a lattice crust

  5. Press the edges of the lattice firmly into the bottom crust to seal

  6. Cut away the excess dough
