High Protein Calzone
  1. Season your chicken and flatten into a circle on greased parchment paper.

  2. Add your pepperoni & mozzarella to one half of the circle.

  3. Fold the other half over (using the parchment paper) and press down the edges to seal it.

  4. Coat with the egg wash, Parmesan & air fry @ 400F for 8-12 minutes.

  5. Take it out, serve with marinara and enjoy!
