Season your chicken and flatten into a circle on greased parchment paper.
Add your pepperoni & mozzarella to one half of the circle.
Fold the other half over (using the parchment paper) and press down the edges to seal it.
Coat with the egg wash, Parmesan & air fry @ 400F for 8-12 minutes.
Take it out, serve with marinara and enjoy!
