In a bowl melt 7 oz of sugar free chocolate chips with 6 tbsp of butter in the microwave.
Cook at 45 second intervals stirring in between so it doesn’t burn.
Once smooth add vanilla and low sugar peanut butter and stir until completely melted.
Place 2 5 oz bags of pork rinds in a large bowl.
Pour the chocolate on top of the pork rinds and fold it all together slowly.
Place some parchment paper on the counter and pour the pork rinds out and lay them flat.
Sprinkle with powdered sweetener, flipping them to cover with more powdered sweetener.
