Caesar Pasta Salad
  1. Spread out your chickpeas and small chunks of any leftover bread you have (doesn't matter if it's stale!) onto a baking tray and drizzle with oil and seasonings. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 C and leave on the side to cool.

  2. In the meantime, cook your pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, run under cold water to cool completely.

  3. While the pasta is cooking and the chickpeas are cooling, make the caesar sauce by simply blending all the ingredients together.

  4. Assemble in a jar, or mix everything all together, and ENJOY
