Ingredients:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and zucchini.
In a separate bowl mix flour, b.p, b.s, salt, and cinnamon.
Add wet ingredients to dry. Do not over mix.
For muffins: Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. Makes about 16 muffins
For bread: Bake at 325°F for 1h and 15 minutes. Bake in a glass loaf pan. Makes 2 loaves.
