mix batter into crumbs.
Add egg yolk.
Knead the dough.
Spread most of it into a 20cm (8 in) diameter deep springform pan lined with parchment paper.
Put a small portion in the fridge.
Cook custard until thickened, add mascarpone, let cool
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
Fold egg whites into yogurt.
Build the cake: first add cooled custard, add topping.
Add remaining dough in thin pieces over top of cake.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Instructions
For a 20 cm (8'') cake pan, multiply all ingredients by 1.23
For a 22 cm (9'') cake pan, multiply all ingredients by 1.49
For a 24 cm (10'') cake pan, multiply all ingredients by 1.78
