Protein Meringue Cake With Honey Butter
  1. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks

  2. Fold in sweetener, cinnamon, other flavourings and cornstarch

  3. Pop into a parchment lined baking dish (quick spray on the paper helps from sticking)

  4. Bake at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes or until top has a light golden color

  5. Top with warmed honey and butter and serve
