  1. Mix beer, salt, flour, and yeast together. Combine with spatula. Rest 20 minutes.

  2. Add olive oil and kneed by hand for 5-10 minutes. Let rest for 20 minutes.

  3. Cover and put in fridge overnight.

  4. Bring out 1 hour before cooking to bring to room temperature.

  5. Flour surface you work on as well as dough.

  6. Cook in HOT oven.
