Sweet Potato Carrot Banana Biscuits
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180° C (350 F °)

  2. Place the cooked sweet potato, cooked carrots and banana in a large bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher

  3. Add the melted butter and the self raising flour to the bowl and mix all together to make a dough, using your hands (add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky)

  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface or on the backing paper until is 1 centimetre thick and cut out into shapes with a cookie cutter

  5. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes - keep checking to make sure they don't overcook

  6. Once cooked, leave to cool and enjoy
