In a blender, add lemon juice and either olive oil or water.
Add the chopped turmeric, ginger, and black pepper.
Blend on high until the paste reaches a mustard-like consistency.
If needed, add more olive oil or water for the desired texture. Stop and stir occasionally to check the consistency.
For a warming detox drink, add 1 tablespoon of the paste to a large mug, fill with hot water, and stir.
For an immunity boost, take 1 tablespoon straight, first thing in the morning.
