Caprese Pasta Salad With Crispy Prosciutto
  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil- add in pasta and cook according to box instructions.

  2. Add prosciutto to lined baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes until crispy. Once pasta is cooked- let cool and add to a large bowl. Add in cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, basil, spinach and crumbled crispy prosciutto. In a mixing jar- combine all dressing ingredients and mix together until combined. Dress salad with dressing and top with balsamic glaze and black pepper.

  3. Toss salad until pasta is evenly coated with dressing. Serve and enjoy!
