Gochujang Pickled Cucumbers
  1. Garlic, dill, peppercorns and cucumbers in the jar.

  2. Everything else in the pot to combine and simmer.

  3. Once boiling and combined, cool 10 minutes and pour over cucumbers.

  4. Cool to room temp, put on the lid and throw them in the fridge.
