Sweet Potato Garlic Rolls
  1. In a large bowl, mix your mashed sweet potato, flour, ⅓ cup cheese, garlic, and salt. Knead gently until a soft, moist dough forms.

  2. On a floured surface, roll the dough out into a rectangle. Brush on your garlic-infused olive oil and sprinkle with extra cheese.

  3. Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into strips. Roll them up to create that beautiful “cinnamon roll” look. This batch makes about 6 rolls.

  4. Place in a greased dish. Brush the tops with a little more garlic oil and a pinch of cheese.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes to cook them through. Then crank the heat to 400°F for about 10 minutes to get that golden, crispy crunch on top!
