No-bake Healthier Brownie Mousse Pie
  1. Mix together the almond flour, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and salt.

  2. Slowly add in the non dairy milk or water. You don’t want the dough too sticky.

  3. Press into pie dish or individual mousse cups.

  4. Heat the coconut milk then add in broken up pieces of the chocolate.

  5. Whisk till smooth.

  6. Pour over base.

  7. Place in fridge for about 4 hours to set or freezer if you have less patience.
