Blend the oats, ground flax and chia seeds in a high speed blender or food processor until it creates a fine flour.
Then mix in all the other ingredients until it forms a dough (add a little extra water if the mix is dry).
Shape into a log and put in a lined loaf tin.
Bake in a preheated oven of 180C for an hour and a half.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
