Brown and cook down the meat till it releases that flavor, DON'T DRAIN THE FAT.
Add the trinity, garlic, tonys, salt and thyme and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Save a cup of the filling and blend it to a paste.
Add your rice, and mix it in the fat for 2 minutes and add the blended mix and stir.
Cover and bake at 370 for 45 minutes.
Fluff and serve with your favorite meat or veggies.
