Pound the chicken breasts so they’re all an even thickness.
Create a breading line: flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, then panko mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
Coat chicken lightly in flour, dip into the eggs, and finish with the Parmesan breadcrumb blend.
Warm olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until each piece is crisp and golden.
Remove from the pan and keep warm.
In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Sprinkle in flour and whisk for about a minute.
Gradually pour in chicken broth, whisking constantly until smooth.
Stir in cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Let simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Adjust flavor with salt and pepper.
Slice chicken and arrange on plates.
Spoon the rich garlic-Parmesan sauce generously over the chicken.
Finish with fresh parsley for garnish.
