  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil if your pan is not non-stick.

  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes until fish is cooked through.

  4. Remove from oven and shred with forks and set aside.

  5. Make the avocado sauce by adding all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  7. Make the slaw by combining the green cabbage, red cabbage, and cilantro with olive oil and lime juice.
