Grape Cupcakes
  1. Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.

  2. Mix vanilla cake mix, Grape Crush soda, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat for 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Scoop the batter into the liners, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  4. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  5. Use a small knife or corer to make a hole in each cupcake and fill with 1 teaspoon of grape jelly.

  6. Frost with your favorite icing (grape or vanilla), then add sprinkles or edible glitter.
