Chocolate Coconut Slice Recipe
  1. Melt butter, stir in sugar, coconut, sifted flours and cocoa, then lightly beaten egg.

  2. Spread mixture evenly over the base of a well greased 28 cm x 18 cm slice tin.

  3. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes, or until just firm to touch.

  4. Spread with icing immediately, leave in tin and place in fridge to cool.
