Melt the butter and brush the divots of the muffin pan. Line muffin pan with the puff pastry, pushing it into the holes.
Cook all the strawberry filling in gradients over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Let cool to room temperature.
Mixed together all cheese filling ingredients.
Rub all crumble topping ingredients together into crumbs.
To assemble place a spoonful of cheese mixture into each lined muffin pan, top with strawberry filling and sprinkle with crumbs.
Cut straight lines between each muffin hole so you have squares
Bring the corners of each square together in the middle so you have a little bit of the filling exposed.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
Dust with powdered sugar.
