In a mixing bowl, whisk together the salt, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, garlic, honey, ginger, and mix.
Add the salmon to it and mix until fully coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 190C/380F. Remove the salmon from the sauce mix and reserve the leftover sauce to use later.
Add the salmon bites in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the salmon is air frying, combine the cornstarch with water to form a slurry. Whisk it into the remaining sauce and place in a small saucepan over medium heat. Let it simmer until it thickens slightly.
Once the salmon bites and cooked, brush with the glaze and serve immediately.
