Preheat air fryer to 180°C
Mix flour and salt, stir in yoghurt to form soft dough.
Knead for 30 seconds on a floured surface.
Fold in most seeds.
Shape into loaf or rolls.
Air fry on baking paper for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Brush the top with extra yoghurt, and top with seeds/salt halfway through cooking.
Turn it upside down to get a crispy bottom 5 mins before it’s finished cooking
Cool slightly, then slice and serve with ghee or butter.
