Viral Greek Yoghurt Gluten-free Bread
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C

  2. Mix flour and salt, stir in yoghurt to form soft dough.

  3. Knead for 30 seconds on a floured surface.

  4. Fold in most seeds.

  5. Shape into loaf or rolls.

  6. Air fry on baking paper for 20-25 minutes until golden.

  7. Brush the top with extra yoghurt, and top with seeds/salt halfway through cooking.

  8. Turn it upside down to get a crispy bottom 5 mins before it’s finished cooking

  9. Cool slightly, then slice and serve with ghee or butter.
