Preheat the air fryer to 356 F | 180 C. Grease the basket with cooking spray or oil.
In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, buffalo sauce, parsley, oregano, garlic and onion. Mix well together to get a creamy mixture.
Lay on a wrapper on a wooden board. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the middle. Brush the edges with water.
Fold the wrappers by following the instructions on the packaging or on the step by step pictures.
Place each egg roll in the air fryer basket. Brush each of them with egg.
Air fry for 6 minutes then turn and cook for another 6 minutes. *I air fry in 2 batches as my air fryer is medium size.
Serve immediately with your favorite dip.
