Add evaporated milk to the pan with garlic
Add chicken stock powder and smoked paprika, mix well to combine
Add light cream cheese and mix until creamy and smooth
Cut chicken into smaller pieces
Divide into four equal servings with mashed potatoes and creamy garlic sauce
When reheating, add a splash of milk to mashed potatoes for creamy and fluffy texture
