  1. Boil diced potatoes until fork tender

  2. Mash the potatoes and add blended cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder

  3. Thinly slice chicken breast and season with salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, and Italian herb seasoning

  4. Heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken on medium to high heat for 4 minutes on each side

  5. Remove chicken from pan and add minced garlic cloves

  6. Add evaporated milk to the pan with garlic

  7. Add chicken stock powder and smoked paprika, mix well to combine

  8. Add light cream cheese and mix until creamy and smooth

  9. Cut chicken into smaller pieces

  10. Divide into four equal servings with mashed potatoes and creamy garlic sauce

  11. When reheating, add a splash of milk to mashed potatoes for creamy and fluffy texture
