High Protein Eggless Chana Dal Bread
  1. Blend the soaked chana dal with water into a smooth paste.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix gently.

  3. The batter will look flowy at first, but it will thicken quickly and form a dough-like texture.

  4. Wet or oil your hands to prevent sticking, then shape the dough into a loaf.

  5. Place it on a parchment-lined tray or in a loaf tin — both methods work well.

  6. Make a few slits on top of the loaf as shown in the video.

  7. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or any seasoning of your choice.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.

  9. Once baked, remove from the oven and cover with a clean cloth for 15 minutes. This helps the bread stay soft and retain moisture.

  10. Slice thick or thin and enjoy warm!
