In a big pot, add the ginger, turmeric, garlic, cardamon pods, lemons, black pepper, and mint.
Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil.
Continue to boil for 40 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Pour out roughly 6oz of the juice.
Add a splash of grapefruit juice.
Add a splash of vinegar.
Add a serving of psyllium husk (Organic India brand).
Add any other morning supplements that are appropriate to take at this time.
Drink and enjoy.
Store the remaining juice in the fridge.
