Poop Juice Recipe
  1. In a big pot, add the ginger, turmeric, garlic, cardamon pods, lemons, black pepper, and mint.

  2. Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil.

  3. Continue to boil for 40 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and let it cool.

  5. Pour out roughly 6oz of the juice.

  6. Add a splash of grapefruit juice.

  7. Add a splash of vinegar.

  8. Add a serving of psyllium husk (Organic India brand).

  9. Add any other morning supplements that are appropriate to take at this time.

  10. Drink and enjoy.

  11. Store the remaining juice in the fridge.
