Melt the butter, mars and golden syrup on the hob and stir in the salt. Remove from the heat and add the cornflakes - tip into a lined loose bottomed tin and work some mixture up the sides to make a space for the ganache and put in the fridge
To make the ganache, melt together the chocolate and cream in the microwave, stirring between each blast until the chocolate has melted. Don’t over mix it like I did…
Pour into the tin and spread out. Top with melted white chocolate and leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours (if you can wait that long)
