Mix the lamb mince with the herbs and spices in a large bowl, use a fork and mix well to incorporate all the flavours
Roll in to meatballs (I got 8 from mine)
Grab a wrap, pop on a meatball and smash it in evenly on the wrap right to the edges
Pop on a hot pan for 4 mins or so until nice and brown and flip to brown the wrap
Remove from pan and fill with your favourite toppings
Mix the mayonnaise with the mint sauce for a beautiful fresh sauce to drizzle or dollop on.. perfection ❤️
