Cook 2 cups of jasmine rice according to the directions on the package.
Cut chicken into cubes.
Slice the kielbasa into rounds.
Chop the onion, bell peppers, and pineapple into evenly cut pieces.
Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and add the chicken, kielbasa, onion, and bell peppers to the sheet pan.
Add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Stir everything around well until everything is well coated in seasonings.
Top the sheet pan meal with pineapple.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Broil for a couple of minutes once the chicken is fully cooked.
Top with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
