Sticky Dragon Pork Bites
  1. Put your pork in a bowl.

  2. Season with a pinch of salt as well as a pinch of black pepper to taste.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

  4. Mix it well.

  5. Turn on the stove, medium heat, about 2 tablespoons of a neutral high smoke point oil.

  6. Let it heat up.

  7. When the oil warms up, put your pork in.

  8. Cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

  9. In another bowl, put in three tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of rice vinegar, one tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of hot honey, two cloves of finely minced garlic.

  10. Whisk that up well.

  11. Remove the pork from the pan when it has the desired color.

  12. Put one tablespoon of water in the pan.

  13. Scrape the bottom of the pan to pick up all the fond.

  14. Once you scrape up all the fond, go ahead and put your sauce in.

  15. Once your sauce starts to simmer, put your pork back in.

  16. Swirl the pan around for about a minute, letting the flavors combine.

  17. Serve with white rice.

  18. Put rice in the plate and make a well in the center.

  19. Put the pork right inside the well.

  20. Drizzle some more sauce on the rice and pork.

  21. Add green onion, cut a little thicker.
