Ingredients:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the oats, mashed banana, chia seeds, and coconut milk.
Add enough water to cover the ingredients, with about half the height of the oats again as extra liquid (approx. 4 cups).
Stir well to combine everything evenly.
Sprinkle grated coconut on top.
Microwave on high (800W) for 3 minutes.
Let sit for 1–2 minutes to thicken and cool slightly before serving.
