Pour green enchilada sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan
Fill flour tortillas with chicken mixture (shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, pepper jack or mozzarella cheese, green enchilada sauce, diced green chilis, fresh cilantro, corn and black beans)
Top with more enchilada sauce and cheese
Wrap in several layers of cling wrap and freeze
Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown
