Homemade Breakfast Sausages
  1. Combine pork and all seasonings in a medium bowl. Mix very well.

  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Divide meat into 6 patties, ½" thick.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add patties (and a pat of butter if you'd like) and cook 4 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
