Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Mash tofu directly in the pan with fork or masher, cook 3–4 minutes.
Add nutritional yeast, kala namak, turmeric, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Let tofu sit undisturbed for a few minutes to form golden spots.
Stir in non-dairy milk for creaminess.
Enjoy with toast, avocado, or vegetables of choice.
