Mix 4 cups of warm water with 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast and a spoon of sugar.
Let it sit 10 minutes until foamy.
Add ⅓ cup of oil, ⅓ cup of honey and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Then whisk well.
Now add 10 to 12 cups of bread flour, 1 cup at a time until the dough pulls clean from the bowl and feels soft but not sticky.
Need 5 to 8 minutes until smooth.
Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise 45 minutes until doubled.
Punch down.
Divide into 3 loaves, roll tightly and place in greased pans.
Let rise again until just above the rim.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Brush with butter while hot and enjoy.
