Sear your breakfast sausage patties. You can place a popsicle stick through the center like I did if you like. Set aside to cool.
Roll out some biscuit dough or just get some from a can and flatten into individual biscuits.
Place the sausage patty between two pieces of biscuit dough and pinch the edges so the patty is fully inside the biscuit.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees (or recommended temperature for your dough) for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
While your biscuits bake, brown your sausage, add flour to make the roux, season to taste and then add milk. Let the gravy simmer for 5-7 minutes and reduce heat until your biscuits are cooked and cooled.
Smother your Sausage Biscuits in as much gravy as you'd like, or if you're serving them on a stick, dunk in the gravy and make your breakfast fun!
