In a bowl, mix ground beef, ricotta, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape into meatballs and place them in a lightly oiled skillet or baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Remove foil, top with mozzarella, and bake another 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
