Ricotta Meatballs
  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, ricotta, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. Shape into meatballs and place them in a lightly oiled skillet or baking dish.

  3. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.

  4. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.

  5. Remove foil, top with mozzarella, and bake another 10 minutes until melted and bubbly.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
