  1. Preheat oven to 160°C

  2. Mash banana, fold in peanut butter + protein powder

  3. Let sit 1–2 mins (protein thickens the mix)

  4. Scoop 6 cookies onto lined tray

  5. Press down lightly with a fork, add choc chips if using

  6. Bake 10–12 mins until golden on edges and center is set

  7. Cool 5 mins, sprinkle sea salt, then transfer to cooling rack
