Preheat oven to 160°C
Mash banana, fold in peanut butter + protein powder
Let sit 1–2 mins (protein thickens the mix)
Scoop 6 cookies onto lined tray
Press down lightly with a fork, add choc chips if using
Bake 10–12 mins until golden on edges and center is set
Cool 5 mins, sprinkle sea salt, then transfer to cooling rack
