Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain grease.
Mix warm sausage with cream cheese until blended.
Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles.
Spoon sausage mixture onto wide end of each triangle.
Roll up and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving.
