Start by prepping shrimp so its ready to season (I use frozen shrimp which I thaw over night and buy it already deveined).
Next boil water, once boiling, add 2 tbsp salt and add in your linguine or pasta of choice. Let that boil according to the instructions on the package (~Roughly 10 minutes).
As the pasta cooks, season deveined shrimp with the seasonings listed here (Olive oil - 1 tbsp, Salt - 2 pinches, Paprika - 1 tsp, Cayenne - 1 tsp, Garlic powder - 1 tsp, Black pepper - 1 tsp, Creole seasoning - ½ tsp).
Prep the ingredients which are going in the sauce by mincing 4 cloves of garlic, zesting a lemon (2 tsp), grating ½ cup of parmesan cheese, chopping ⅓ cup of parsley and cutting a lemon it in half to extract the juice.
Heat up a pan on medium heat and cook shrimp for 2 minutes on each side then take it out in a different dish.
In the same pan, lower the heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter, bring heat back up to medium and add in (Minced garlic - 4 cloves, Chilli flakes - 1 - 2 tbsp (depending on your preferred heat level), Lemon juice - ½ a medium lemon, Lemon zest - 2 tsp, Parmesan - ½ cup grated).
Let the sauce cook for a couple minutes on medium heat (make sure the heat is not too high, otherwise the butter will burn).
Once pasta is ready, take out ½ cup of pasta water and add the remaining drained pasta in the sauce along with ½ of pasta water and ⅓ chopped parsley.
Add in the cooked shrimp, and 2 tbsp of cream, mix it all up and,
NOW ITS TIME TO ENJOY!
