Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
  1. Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.

  2. Press tomatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  3. Combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix until thick and sticky.

  4. Scoop 1 to 1½ tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet.

  5. Cook for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Let cool 5 minutes and serve warm with ranch, honey mustard, or spicy aioli.
