Rinse and remove tops of strawberries. Blend 2 lbs of the strawberries with 3 cups of water in a blender until smooth. Pour blended strawberries through a wire mesh strainer, set aside.
Dice remaining strawberries, then add to a pitcher with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 3 cups of whole milk, and the blended strawberry purée. Mix until everything is incorporated.
Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve over ice and enjoy!
