Lemon Biscotti Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºc/160ºc fan

  2. Add the flour, sugar and baking powder to a bowl and mix

  3. Add in the lemon zest and mix again

  4. Add the eggs, slowly, mixing well.

  5. Add the chocolate and nuts and knead through

  6. Press the dough down onto 1-2 lined trays into a long flat log

  7. Bake for 30 minutes

  8. Remove from the oven and cool for 10-15 minutes

  9. Lower the oven temp by 20ºc

  10. Slice the biscotti and lay back onto the trays

  11. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes

  12. Leave to cool fully

  13. Decorate with an icing drizzle and lemon zest
