In a bowl, mix together your ground pork, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper.
In your small ceramic pot, spread a layer of your pork mix at the bottom, a layer of your wonton wrapper, another layer of your pork mix, and another layer of your wonton wrapper.
Pour your chicken bone broth into the ceramic pot and repeat for all three ceramic pots.
Add all three pots in your steamer and steam for 11-13 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
Top it off with sesame seeds and diced green onion and enjoy!
